"This is my first time ever seeking out window tinting and I was referred to EAC by a friend who recently got their window tint done. Edgar was the point of reference for scheduling, tint information, and pricing. I had Angel as my tech and he was awesome! They made the process so easy from start to finish. They were very efficient and communicative throughout the whole process. When my tint job was completed, I noticed some hazy streaking that did not seem to be mentioned as part of the care or waiting period for curing process. I sent a picture to Edgar and he was very receptive and solution oriented to my concern. They quickly sent the technician back a few days later and he was both knowledgable and patient. Through his return and investigation, it turns out that it was my window glass itself was the issue, it had a defective haze to it and it wasn't due to the job of the technician or the tint/material. He still removed and reinstalled that one window tint to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. All members of the EAC team were so professional and kind throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them for convenience, quality of service, reasonable pricing, and professionalism, you will not be disappointed!"
